Genuine creativity does not always come easy, nor can generic "quick tips."

The "easy" ways are almost always mere copies of someone else's creative efforts.

Spend, just, a little bit of effort actually creating something, rather than just making it "look" creative. I don't intend to come across as harsh, but, if you don't know what I mean, then I may be wasting my time with this response.

Utilize materials that can be found in your locality, think of different ways to make them look unique and fabulous..
put a little individuality on the things you do to make it stand out... use a variation of colors if you like but always remember that on every color you use make sure you put a little black on it to died down the brightness and to manifest the color's real beauty....widen your imagination.
