Sorry, I don't recognise the singer. Why not contact the festival via their website and ask them?

Obviously it is Vivaldi's Stabat Mater Dolorosa. (Stood the Sorrowful Mother..ie Mary mother of Christ).
Originally for soprano, and sounds much better with a soprano.
In your version the tempo is a little slow.
I recommend checking out some Vivaldi and find the original version.

Well, it's a not-very-good boy singer by the sound of it - certainly not a professional. Contact the festival if you really want to know. Personally, I'd be happier not knowing!
