Mostly, he invaded them with his military. His first step was moving his own troops onto German territory where they weren't allowed under the terms of the Treaty of Versailles. The Allies, England and France, took no action.
So then he began expanding his military and covertly interfering in the Spanish Civil War, giving his military battle experience and testing his arms. Then he took over Austria with the help of that country's Nazi Party. Then he demanded that territories with ethnic Germans in Czechoslovakia be handed over. Finally, he signed the Molotov-Ribbentropp pact with Soviet dictator Stalin that divided Poland between them, and invaded with his army and air force. This was the beginning of World War II.
England and France declared war, and after a pause, Hitler invaded and humiliated France but was defeated in the Battle of Britain, an air war over that country. He also invaded Norway, Greece, and many other countries in Europe. He finally turned eastward in 1941 and sealed his fate by attacking the Soviet Union, which despite disastrous losses turned the tide of the war at Stalingrad and pushed the Germans back. The Allies first invaded Africa in 1942, Italy in 1943, and France in 1944, confronting Hitler with a multi-front war he coudn't hope to win.

Several of the first countries/territories (Rhineland) were taken over by Hitler simply using diplomacy by saying he "simply wanted to reunite the German People". This coupled with Chamberlain's (UK Prime Minister) total appeasment policy toward Hitler, and the US trying their best to go back to Isolation, allowed Hitler to take good portions of land without ever firing a shot. Hitler also took over France, and allowed a "2/3" (Germany gets 2/3, Traitors get 1/3 France) government to be in place, where defecting frenchmen could help rule the newly occupied country with the Germans. This led to mass bloodshed after the war from people who thought the defectors were traitors (and they were). More questions? Email me! Zakhaev

Hitlers modern well equipped army went into Poland and after a few battles, the Poles surrendered. This victory carried a lot of weight when his army marched into additional weaker countries and they surrendered without a battle. France put up a fight but lost.

Well he had a very powerful army and he took the countries by force because the Army was able to overpower many of the other countries armies which weren't ready to battle. So I guess you could say that Hiltler was more prepared and took the countries by surprise.

Some of them he signed non-aggression with and simply entered them to go through and attack others. Some he simply invaded and overwhelmed their military (France). Some he got to join him, so there were Nazis all over the place there and they often acted like the country had been taken, but it was supposedly an ally (Italy).

He overwhelmed them with a combination of military power and powerful propaganda that overtly "sold" the idea of Nazi-ism and covertly threatened anyone who didn't fall in line, making them "disappear" into one of his concentration camps. He was very intelligent, a very persuasive speaker, a brilliant military man. He just was very, very ill.
