yes the wrong advice is the one that they didn't listen they didn't know that I got wings.

If I don't believe that my opinion is right and to the benefit of the listener,, I do not speak. Any advice I give, is a sincere, loving opinion. Or else, I keep silent. Advice means responsibility in a way.
Furthermore, I believe that no matter what the advice, the person has the absolute responsibility of him/herself and should decide accordingly. Advices are given as help and not as a rule.

No, but I feel certain that something I said to a girl at my office that made her make up her mind to leave. Unfortunately she had given notice before I had a chance to say "But you should wait 'til the end of the Project" because she will now miss out on a bonus. I know she is doing what she really wants to do and that I helped her make up her mind, but I feel bad that she will miss out on a bonus for the sake of staying only six months more.

Yes, it was an accident, and I'll never do it again. Luckily it wasn't real bad ...so things are fine now..we're still friends.
