It's a lifetime appointment. I don't think it's in the Constitution.

They are appointed for life. Article III, Section 1 says they, "shall hold their Offices during good Behavior"

Justice of the Supreme Court serves until the age of 70 when still in their lucid interval.

Sorry don't know where it is in constitution, but they serve for life or until they resign.
