Be absolutely sure she is okay with this! Most women do NOT like it. If she says stop, then stop immediately. Don't intimidate or tease her to do this for you. If you care anything about her, you will not want to hurt her, and anal sex almost always hurts the woman. Do you want this experience so much that her pain doesn't matter to you? Experts recommend yes, but many people in committed relationships choose not to with no ill effects. Just wash well when you are done.
NEVER go from anal back to vaginal without washing. That goes for fingers too. It can give her a nasty infection.
