i was just wondering what u guys thought of GH3. like compare it or just a basic review

I like it but...if u play the guitar like i play classical its actually prettu hard.
i have trouble pushing the right buttons becoz im so used to pushing in frets...otherwise theres sikkk songs and real fun to play (Y)

Guitar hero 3 is an absolutely beautiful game. I haven't seen the wii version of it yet, but from the Xbox 360 previews they've shown, it is graphically astounding (like all new games today)
The first two games I've played, and I own the second. The difficulty levels are almost dead on, with expert being near-impossible and easy being too little for a coma patient. The two others, medium and hard, are what I end up on, hard for a playable challenge, and medium for songs I can't play on hard.
The only real problem I, Personally, had with the games were the fact that they had no modern music. They had avenged sevenfold and nirvana, don't get me wrong, but nothing really mainstream. Of course then I found out about downloadable content for the xbox, like my chemical romance for instance, and had a ball.
Guitar hero 3 cleans up that mess however, by adding slipknot and dragonforce, two very good metal bands. Everything else looks well executed, even down to the guitar controllers and references to Slash.

Guitar Hero 3 a freaking awesome game. The bands are bad, but the songs kick a$$!

I really liked the game. My first introduction was GH2 which was a damn fine game.
The problem with the franchise is that once you get good at GH, your just playing new songs at the same level.

I love that game! It's a LOT harder than GH2 though .. lots of those triple-chords. The last five songs are a nightmare!!
Hope you enjoy it! Neversoft has introduced a brilliant new style into the game .. trust me .. you'll like it a lot!

I love it! I mean, I'm not particularly fond of the bands they choose but the game is addictive and ridiculously fun.
Besides, I like kicking my fiancé's butt. Shows him for going up against a professional musician.

well the graphics are better then 2 and has a great selection of songs and has online capability's so to me its a 10/10

I think its kind of funny because I actually play a REAL guitar - not a toy. I'm a blues-rock guitarist.

I think its pretty fun. I beat it on Easy in one day, but am not quick enough to beat it on Medium. lol I suck. It is definetly a pretty hard game.
