No. I don't believe they work. Maybe if someone goes away for a set amount of time 1 or 2 maybe 3 years, but not indefinitely. That's just silly. Serious relationships are all about the day-to-day stuff.

I have been in a long distance but it didn't work.
We hooked up when I was visiting him, and not even a week after I got back home, he cheated on me...
Honestly, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
