Theory of Relativity - time is not constant. As you approach the speed of light, time slows down relative to an 'outside' observer.

Time is never a constant! Are you saying that time 1 minute ago is the same as time 2 minutes ago? It can't always be "1 minute ago" (t=1); time is constantly changing.
