Good side not having to find a babysitter when you go out. The bad side is not having a little version of you.

I can be on time for planned events. Most of my friends have children, and are therefore late to everything. They have no life to themselves. I am free of such things. I can travel anytime I like, buy what I want.
Best of all, when I buy something new, it is still looking new two years later.
The only bad side, is there are too few women that feel the same way. I can hardly date anyone that does not have children.

I don't know of any bad side, other than being unacceptable to much of society.
After all it is such a burden to be able to sleep in, or go on a vacation without being worried about school. I really don't know if I can handle all those stamps in my passport that would not exist if I had kids. I clearly have missed out on life, having never changed a dirty diaper, or had to clean up barf.
It is such a pain to not having finger prints on my mirrors or my TV screen, and to never have to step on a toy left in the hallway.
I never have to use any insecticides on my home, yet I still don't have any bugs. I must be missing out on spraying my house with toxic chemicals.
I never pay child support, or have to buy kids clothing. I am so burdened with all that extra money, that I had to put it into my retirement fund!
I don't have any little child bringing home every flu-bug imaginable. It is so sad that I have missed out on all those stuffy, stopped up experiences.
I go to work driving my Jeep, with chrome rims, and tinted windows, and the bumper sticker that says, "Hey its is paid for". I walk in with my new laptop over my shoulder, wearing new clothing, a leather jacket, and new shoes. People often mistake me for a man half my age. Woe is me!

The good side: no responsibility.
The bad side: you miss out on experiencing the greatest joy life could ever possibly bring you.

The good thing is that you won't be burdened with taking care of another life for the next 20+ years. The bad thing is...well, I don't think there is a bad side!

Good: Not having to be financially responsible for anyone but yourself.
Lot more peace and freedom also.
Bad: You don't get to joy of watching a part of you grow up and carry on your history.

You can go through your whole adult life with the freedom to screw up and know that only you will suffer for it.
