Some interesting facts:
Mozart was a Mason and wrote several works for Masonic ceremonies.
He didn't write down the solo part of his piano concertos until it was needed for publication or performance by someone else. He had a phenomenal memoery and just kept all the solo parts in his head.
He wrote down Allegri's 'Miserere' in full after hearing only once as a child (another example of his amazing ear and memory).
Mozart loved playing practical jokes.
Mozart loved playing billiards and drinking.
Mozart had an obsession with bodily functions and toilet humour.
He had indiscrete verbal outbursts that have led some to think he might have suffered froma mild form of tourettes syndrome.
He was NOT murderd by Salieri (or anyone else).
He was NOT buried in a pauper's grave but just a standard one common at the time.
He died 7 weeks short of his 36th birthday.

Hope this is the sort of thing you're looking for.

Yes, that is true (not just in the movie). He did not sit down and "compose" music like the rest of the composers ; he seems to have heard the music fully formed in his head and wrote down what he heard. Which is kind of weird.

..rejected by one woman, he married her sister...lived too well, died so broke that he was buried in an unmarked grave in Vienna.....took lessons from Haydn, was not very close to Beethoven...his father groomed him to be the greatest composer alive, was coached and tormented by his father
