Never bought one at Target.
Michaels should have it, I have bought the knead erasers from them.
I would assume Joanns would, but I could be wrong.
Any art store should have them, colleges use them a lot and they are big amoung artist... so they should be easy to find.

Any art supply or craft store will carry them. It is a basic tool of any sketch artist.

The larger department stores MAY carry it, but you can be sure you can find it a a Michaels, for instance.
