why greenland not cold as antartica even there also hav permanent ice cap a year?

There are many ice caps apart from Greenland in the northern hemisphere. Antarctica is bigger, higher and closer to the pole than Greenland. Vostok station where the lowest temperature ever was recorded is 3488m above sea level in the middle of the east Antarctic Ice Sheet. There is no Greenland recording station so high and so remote.

I think huge Baffin island in Canada and probably many other places do as well. Antarctica has less direct sun exposure as Greenland.

Mount Everest has permanent ice cap too... so do many other mountain peaks in Himalayas... North pole has Ice cap but no land below it :)

It doesn't matter which is colder if you can't sunbathe at either of the places
