Lost in emotions ... yea dude ... I've been there. But then I remember ... life is short ... so short ... why lose it in emotional war. Take a deep breath. Lift your head up high. And start walking again. Because it's not how you fall, rather how you pick yourself back up that counts.

Every one of us has at one time or another in our lives. I had my share too. Now at 47 I seem more in control of them. It's kinda fun and different when you're not in total control all the time.
I do remember that Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam had a banging song out years ago that was called "Lost In Emotion" and I played that thing over and over. I just knew she was singing about me!!!!

yesssss i lost health.. wealth and wisdom and now i am glad i am back... and i have health, wealth and wisdom..... i am a happy person... i lost my mind coz of emotional crisis

Yes.....but don't get caught up in them.....they can ruin your life. They are a trap. I think we all go thru it at times.
