Dodger Stadium, Jack Murphy, Safeco, Oakland-Alameda County. Angel Stadium, The BOB. The Astrodome, old Tigers Stadium, Cominsky Park, Wrigley Field, Metrodome, and Miller Park, plus 2 minor league parks Sulfer Dell in Nashville when I was a kid and Osprey Park in Missoula Montana. the only downside to living in Montana is having to drive a minimum of 600 miles to see a MLB game..or 150 miles to see a Pioneer League minor league game.

Around the majors, I have been to 25, 13 in service and 12 retired. If we include the minors (you did write "professional") then I simply have no idea, lost count long ago.
In service: Fenway, Yankee, SkyDome/Rogers, Tropicana, Metrodome, Royals/Kauffman, The Ballpark/Rangers, Anaheim/whatever, Coliseum/whatever, Shea, Minute Maid, Wrigley, Coors.
Retired parks in: Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago (Comiskey), Arlington (Rangers), Philadelphia, Montréal, Milwaukee, Houston, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, San Diego, San Francisco.

I've seen Fenway Park up close.
I've only been to Dolphin Stadium, although I have been to a number of spring training sites over the years.
