Well ...
as a Survivor of a Short Disaster of a Marriage ... that was "Unhappily ever after" ...
But ...
This summer ...
I met a kind, gentle, caring and loving special someone ... and you know what ... we are sharing a LOT ... our lives, how we grew up, what we experienced as adults (and yes, we both have failed marriages behind us), our children (and they are all adults), anything and everything that MADE US the US we are ...
I can say that I have once again found a belief in the possibility of "Happily Ever After" -- because he does his best each and every time we meet, talk, share e-mails or photos to ensure that I am happy, content, and feel 'appreciated'!

I believe in 'happily ever after' a couple needs the continuous care of the r'ship and to also maintain alive the r'ship, if there's no dialogue, a lot of monotony then it will definitely go downhill for the 2. A Marriage Certificate doesn't mean anything if both parts don't bother taking care of things when probs arise if probs are simply swept under the carpet, sooner or later these will come out and all hell will break loose.

i never heard of the second one but i don't think most people have been or will live happily ever after, years ago people wold get a divorce and so put on a facade of happiness but now divorce papers are drawn up left right and center when a row about the remote erupts!!
