Whaddya mean, your dad, your uncle, your lover, your teacher? And how old are you? Makes a big difference, your age and your relationship to the 50 year old. Christmas for us old fahts isn't the same as Christmas for kids. Get us something to do with what we like to do with out time. Tools and stuff we don't already have works for a lot of men too. Just don't get us a tie or an electric razor. Up here in the frozen north a nice sweater or really nice pair of gloves would even be welcomed. If you are family, whatever you get will be just fine. Thanks for thinking of us!

Cook him a great meal (His favorite of course) and slip him a $50 Bill. A dollar for each year. If I was a 50 year old man, I would smile. :)

Age doesn't matter when giving a gift.

You give someone (esp a father) something from the heart that you know that they will like and comes from your heart.

It isn't the amount that is spent or even the item - it is the fact that you gave it from the heart.

Gift certificate to a book store, like Barnes and Noble, or Starbucks? What does he do? Maybe something related to his job? Personalized coffee mug (you can make the pictures yourself and insert them) at Starbucks and a gift certificate? Clothes? What are his interests? For example, if he likes boating, go to a boating store (West Marine, etc...) Best of luck.

If you want a boyfriend so bad, then I highly recommend following this https://bitly.im/aOfuO Since you've never dated or been kissed before, it's going to be hard to get a boyfriend if you don't know what to do but once you know what to do, you'll be able to get a boyfriend pretty easily and can share your dating stories with your friends and experience those feelings yourself. You'll even be able to attract guys you might feel is out of your league. I suggest going on a bunch of dates before choosing one guy to be your boyfriend. Have fun.

Your dad loves you and will like anything that you give him. If you can not afford much then just a hug and a card will do. If you can afford more then buy him something nicer or take him out for a nice dinner and pick up the check. No matter what you choose it will be fine for your dad because he just wants to see you and celebrate his big day with you.

I'm 45, and I would like something I could use like a warm, water-resistent pair of winter gloves, socks maybe, or some nice men's cologne. If he's into computers, get him something like an external hard drive. Things not to buy: a tie, a knitted hat, a soap set, or thermal underwear. Good luck

How about a gift card? Does he like books? Barnes and Nobles or Borders.
Or how about taking him out for a meal(lunch or dinner) and ask the waitress to gather the other servers together to all sing "Happy Birthday" with you to him!! good luck!

Music that he likes.
A picture frame with a picture of you and him in it.
A gift certificate to a dinner theater, golf outing, or massage.
Hardcover book by his favorite author.
Make his favorite dessert and bring it to him.

Hope one of these helps!
