I'm talking about songs that that make men feel inadequate, women and children cower, dogs wimper and everyone to automatically envy the person singing because we all know we'll never be as badass as him.
I'll say "Sonic Reducer" by the Dead Boys in which Stiv Bators makes it blisteringly obvious that he is the king of all badasses that rules over his badass kingdom with an iron fist.

And my second choice would be "Search & Destroy" by Iggy & The Stooges. Now there aren't any good videos of the Stooges together doing this song, but there is a video of the laready established badasses The Dead Boys covering it, so to make the point even clearer here it is:

"I don't need anyone
Don't need no mom or dad
Don't need no good advice
Don't need no human race
I've got some new for you
Don't even need you too
I've got my devil machine
I've got my electronic dream!
Sonic reducer, ain't no loser!
Got my sonic reducer, ain't no loser!
People out on the streets
They don't know who I am
I watch them from my room
They all just pass me by
But I'm not just anyone
Said I'm not just anyone
I got my devil machine
Got my electronic dream
Sonic Reducer, ain't no loser!
Got my sonic reducer, ain't no loser!
AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
I’ll be a Pharoh soon
Rule from some golden tomb
Things will be different then
The sun will rise from here!
Then I’ll be ten feet tall
And you’ll be nothin’ at all!
I’ve got my devil machine
Got my electronic dream
Sonic reducer! Ain’t no loser
Got my sonic reducer, I ain’t no loser!
I said a sonic reducer! Sonic Reducer!
Yeah sonic reducer, sonic reducer, sonic reduceeeeeeeeeeer!”

"Stars And Stripes Of Corruption" I agree is pretty awesome, I'm not sure if it makes me feel powerful though I can see where you're coming from.
"Demolition Girl" is a great song, and I'll look into the Tank song as soon as I get the time. I've been swamped with stuff to look into. From what I've heard by them I believe you though.

I was skeptical about the Moistboyz thing from the lyrics, sounded like a rap, but the video, whether you like it or not had some badass vibes coming off.
And "Attitude" by the Misfits is definitely a good choice, I forgot about that one. "Last Caress" would probably fit the bill as well.

"I Fought The Law" has a badass sound but in the lyrics the law won, which takes away from it a little bit. But still a good one. And "Going Underground" is awesome, enough said.
"God Save The Queen" is a good one. You guys are making me feel stupid for all the ones I forgot. But for the Pistols I maybe would have said "Pretty Vacant" because badasses don't give a ****. Although it's worth noting that "God Save The Queen" is my favorite Pistols song behind "EMI" so you gave yourself an edge for the best answer.

My questions always look too long from all the details, oh well.
"20th Century Boy" is definitely a great choice, as well as "Who Do You Love". Don't know much about the Led Zeppelin track though. Good choices.

Since the answers slowed down I'll post some more of my own:
"We Got The Neutron Bomb" - The Weirdos
"My Generation" "Anyway Anyhow Anywhere" - The Who
"Mr Suit" - Wire (not sure what they're saying but it sounds awesome)
"Don't Push Me Around" - The Zeros
"Big Balls" - AC/DC (what's more awesome than having huge balls?)
"No Values" "My Rules" - Black Flag
"Cheat" - The Clash
"Born To Kill" - The Damned
"Two Tub Man" - The Dictators
"Trouble" - Elvis Presley
"No God" - the Germs
"Urban Guerilla" Hawkwind
"(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone - Either the Monkees or Paul Rever & The Raiders versions though there are more I know.
"My Way" - Sid Vicious's version.
"Boss Hoss" - the Sonics
"Ain't Nothin' To Do" - Dead Boys
And that should do.

Dunno if this is really badass, but "God Save The Queen" by the Sex Pistols.
I'm not English (I wasn't even alive during that time), but I don't think a lot of people would have the guts to openly criticize the Queen.
Most punk lyrics that followed pretty much were based on the lyrics of Johnny Rotten.

To me, badassism of the highest magnitude is achieved in 'Lazy & Cool' by Moistboyz, one of Dean Ween's other projects (or is it Gene? I can never remember).

You know I'm the man when I boil a hit
I'm way too old but I don't give a ****
I'm a moistboy cheap toy that ain't no f***in' lie
I'm smokin' like a king and I'm waitin' to die
Let me drive your nova let me break in your tires
Keep your eye out for a pig cause my license expired
Gotta drive in the snow with rubber and fire
Moistboyz don't care they never retire
I'm lazy and cool
F**k all the rule
I'm drunk and I'm stupid
And I dropped out of school
I'm payin' no dues
And takin' no s**t
I'm rollin' and I'm crass
And I know when to spit
The king of the pawn when I'm turfin' your lawn
Out on the porch when I run over your dog
I know the law and I know what you saw
But I'm laughin' like a punk and watch you pay for it all
There's crack in my chrome when it's time to go home
Wind down in time baby get you alone yeah
Fly-girl nudeswirl princess disgrace yeah
Dickie's gotta plan to put you in your place
Great choices in Sonic Reducer and Search & Destroy.
Edit: Yeah, I find Moistboyz to be almost a cliche of the whole scene (intentionally), but they are pretty entertaining. It's almost like something Kid Rock would put out and they know it. The singer has helped out in the lyrics for Ween and when those guys are involved it seems as if the whole idea is to put the joke on everybody else.
Double Edit: Ah, beat me to it. No Values belongs up there.
"Hate The Police" is actually a cover of The ***** but MUdhoney did a tremendous job on it.

I'd firstly go for "Hate The Police", "Touch Me, I'm Sick" and " In And Out Of Grace" by Mudhoney. I was 15 or 16 when "Superfuzz Bigmuff" came out, and the impression it made on me hasn't faded. " I Fought the Law" by The Clash falls into similar territory for me, and the reason I like these songs so much is that there's also an element of vulnerability shown by the protagonists...it's like I really, really want to be a badass, but I'm not quite there....(strangely, I can really relate to that. Can't think why....)

You gotta love 'Bad Reputation' by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
A Personal favorite is 'I Fought The Law' by the Bobby Fuller Four (although the Clash version has a harder edge).
And speaking of the Clash - how about 'Safe European Home'?
'Going Underground' by The Jam is a good one.
'Boat Train' by The Pogues is a classic.
And 'F The CC' by Steve Earle - man, that's baaaadassss.
'Institutionalized' by Suicidal Tendencies.
Apparently I could go on all night...

Now, I love Dead Boys and most old punk, too. But I don't think I'd go quite so far as to declare Stiv a "badass". That guy weighed about 110lbs sopping wet and carrying small child on his shoulders. Now Rollins, in his prime, could qualify as a badass. "My War" by Black Flag gets my vote.

Ok Dan...you made some great points...."Sonic Reducer" was an awesome song & "Seach & Destroy" was great too (I Liked the EMF cover better) but here's a song or two...."Demolition Girl" by The Saints & even better...."Laughing In The Face of Death" by Tank! I know you've heard the Saints but Tank, even though they are a Metal band, had the punk roots (*Algy Ward) & never sounded too Metal!
