Keep in mind that there are a lot of Brookes and some Averys but not very many Evangelines....So if there is a Brooke Smith and she is Brooke Jones, then they will be known in school as Brooke S. and Brooke J. However, sometimes kids go by just the last name...My daughter has a friend named Jessica. Because there are several other Jessicas, everyone calls her by her last name. This is usually more common with guys, though.

I'd also like Annabel equally, but the "Anabelle" spelling and pronunciation (AH-na-bel rather than ANN-a-bel) is simply not my style. If you actually ARE Spanish, the proper form would be Anabel, which is fine, but I wouldn't randomly change it just because a few others are unfamiliar with the classic form (I've seen "Anabelle" quite a few times recently). The name itself originates from Amabel, meaning "lovable." It is not simply a combination of "Anna and Belle" that can be randomly altered, and doing so completely changes the name and its meaning, negating its entire interesting history. Annabel is lovely, however.
The rest are all fine names, but I just don't find them as intriguing as these two. ;) Hope that helps!
