I've never really been into Southern rap, but I'm trying to get into it. Can anybody give me some artists? I already know about the T.I.'s and the Lil Wayne's and the Soulja Boy's so they can go without being mentioned. I'm looking for rappers with a purpose in their music. Thanks.

Ludacris is the best rapper in the south. Trae from houston is good too but with that said. most southern rappers suck, they killed hip hop
