no its never too late to apologize & its best to say sorry if you are in the wrong & hurt someone xx:) sorry always works for me if the person is really sorry but hey i have forgiven everyone who says sorry xx:)

It's never too late to apologize. At least then the person knows you are sorry.

No, I think most people will accept a sincere apology no matter how late it is in coming. It doesn't mean they will change their course of action based on a late apology, but they can at least give their forgiveness, and we can all use more of that in our lives.

Yes, If the person dies suddenly and you have been pig headed and not bothered to apologise.

Then it is to late and you have to live with that for the rest of your life.
