if their completely locking up they will ,but they would have to be locked up really yard to cause this,you can check it by jacking it up and try turning the wheel ,a bad wheel bearing will also cause the same thing to happen,i hope you find it,good luck.

Yeah. If you have the wheels locked up, that is, not rolling, then when you try to turn all they're going to do is slide. But if all you do is apply the brake lightly to slow the turning of the wheels the truck will turn OK.

No, the wheels should turn even if the brakes are locked up! I think you mean turn right or left and not round and round!

no, but a rack and pinion can cause that. Also if you're truck is aheavy duty there could be a problem with the hydroboost, no fluid in the power sterring or brake booster
