I'd like Callie best as a nickname for a formal option -- Calla, Callista, etc. There are plenty of lovely long forms that offer the nickname "Callie" ... why not give her the choice?
Miley I'd also prefer as a pet form. Especially considering the "name's" pop culture origins (which I'm certain have been mentioned). Even *the* Miley doesn't have this as her given name! LOL
