Canwe disappear off of the electrical grid?

We have been renting in philly for 4 months now and have not received an electric bill. Our meter is in the basement. Are we ever gonna see a bill?

Sooner or later they will do a reading that will charge you for all of the electric used since the last meter reading (which could have been years ago). Now that will be a memorable bill and they will cut off your electric when they realize you are not going to pay (even if they have to wait for springtime to do that).
