I'm reading for my homework and came across the word eunuch. I looked it up and its defined as a man or boy with no testes or nonfunctioning testes. I take this to mean a man with no balls.

I laughed because I know a few of those. Not in the literal sense.

No, but I know a true hermaphrodite (medical diagnosis).

If you were surprised by the word eunuch, try looking up castrato or castrati. I find that one appalling and wonder who made the decision and at what age!

The ones you read about were surgically castrated so they would act as safe guards for the wives of the rulers. That is one way to eliminate any hanky-panky. I bet you don't know any in that category.

If you are looking to get a little feminist "hate-in" going, would you kindly take it over to Women's issues? We tend to get along quite nicely together here.
