... combined with a natural cataclysm, such as a pole shift, What would you suggest we do, as a people ?

I was inspired to ask this question, after watching the following video. Apparently, a similar question was posed to a group of scholars, back in the 50's, when a similar scenario was thought to be in the makings for the year 2000 through 2011. See time = 68:13 through 71:00.

If there is a pole shift there isn't much that can be done. If it is just a small shift civilization as we know it would be destroyed. A large shift would send the planet into a tailspin and knock us out of orbit. That's big time stuff and some philosophers believe that this big shift is what killed the dinosaurs instead of the comet theory and that we are due for another. They also believe this is the earths way of renewing itself. It's funny that many theorys about the end of time paint a different scenario and we are seeing the very real possibilities of all of them now. It boggles the mind to decide which one is correct. As for myself I believe we are approaching some kind of an astrological event that will not destroy all of us but will reshape the world as we know it in a new age of Aquarius. This event will change the human race in our way of thinking as never before and it will be for the betterment of humanity.
However right now we ARE facing the brutal reality of a planet that has been severely ravaged. Overpopulation isn't really the problem but more the way we live our day to day lives. There's plenty of room but we don't use it they way we should. In the new age we should never forget this lesson.

6.500.000.000 people on Earth is not a overpopulation, it's an underpopulation.

And it's an impossibility for humans to over exploit the environment, since the humans will die first before the enviroment is over exploited, since the two is so closely related that they are sort of like one entity.

So currently, these two are not happening. Though it might happen in the far to future to human-like creatures, but definetly not to humans right now.

Anyway. What we have now is the illusion of overpopulation and enviroment exploitation, this is caused because humans are grouped too much to each other and stay too long in one place.

The close grouping causes the feeling of overpopulation, while staying at one place too long prolonged the amount time for nature to replenish itself. The solutions are for humans to spread out and move around.

God didn't just throw this earth out there. He probably took billions of years to make a universe and earth and sun and moon and stars. When this earth gets it just right we will go and people other planets. We are not the end of all humanity but only the beginning. Satan a fallen angel got in trouble trying to get humans to worship him. But that didn't stop God's plan for this planet. When the test is over and man has proven he needs God. Satan will be removed and we will move on. Why would he destory something he took so long to create? Even all the small animals and birds and yes even humans. Satan wants us to believe it is all in vain if he can't rule than he wants it destroyed. But this earth will endure forever.

I honestly don't believe any of this will ever happen , but assuming it does I would imagine people would start killing themselves , spouting its the end of days etc . Anyway what people can do is go into there underground bunkers , if there is any , you will have a chance to survive . Personally I would go to my uncles house in upstate NY , he has an underground bunker or I would sit on my front lawn with a cig and wait till the end . What else can we do ?

Edit - You can head to the mountains because in most cases the higher you go the safer you are .

Adaptability is the main course for humanity... and wait for the second coming of the 'Saviour' and not their 'Christ' to lead us to the salvations.

Hope, pray, and know there is a purpose for everything, and while no one can be certain what that is, without a purpose for everything, what is the point?........hence, love and serve God by loving and serving his creations......
