I want to make a yoga bolster anyone ever done so did you use a foam core with some type of batting over it?

Diemenions seem to be 6 " in width, 12 " wide and 26" l;ong

Most I've seen are all cotton.
However, I suppose some foam under the batting would make it much more "cushy"...comfortable. The thickness of the foam and batting is something you may want to consider carefully.

I truly have no clue; but want to assume a BOLSTER is like a pillow. Certainly it's not a Yoga mat you're asking about; with those dimensions.

Will this be "covered" such as with a fabric?

Is there a fabric store/ upholstery shop/ Walmart near you? JoAnn's? Why not just buy the upholstery foam and cover it?
