chantix indeed.
The correct name IS champix and although I have not tried it myself, I know a few people who have stopped successfully after taking this new drug.

The name is chantix not champix. For me it worked in one week, others could take longer. I smoked for over 45 years and quit cold turkey in five days and have not had the desire to want to smoke. It also does not bother me if people smoke around me. Get a Drs. prescription for CHANTIX.

My experience was hard too. Had been smoking for more than 18 years and finally succeeded after few times of quiting. I experience many times of chest pain and finally will power felt stronger of quiting and after few days later bought a carton of dunhill (10 packs inside), drove my car to a river side and threw that carton into the river. And told myself if i still buy ciggarettes and smoke, I'll be slapping own face. But will power comes first. Good Luck to both of you.

I have not tried that yet, but my friend did and she is doing pretty well. I mean she had to stay away from smokers and smoky places. and the great thing is she does not have the urge to eat alot, which happens when you quit, its not cheap, but it sure as heck cheaper than buying lots of smokes. oh i think the one she used was called chantix

The one i tried 13yrs ago was homemade medicine named
Willpower,it was great, put a cig in your mouth but dont light it.
It as a few side effects, like chewing your nails or biting your toes, but it worked for me.
Ps. If you try that make sure your good wife and the kids go shopping for the day, and to the movies at night.

Heard it works great on Stop Smoking Center website. It has no nicotine you can google it. Some have had insomnia other side efffects and it's expensive not covered by health plans.

My bud Gisele made the decision to quit smoking and went to hynotherapy.She has finally quit and proud of it,recommends hypnotherapy and is fully confident that she wont start smoking again.
