Stick Velcro to hands or a sticky pad on each hand and stick to ceiling. Push yourself off bars of exercise equipment will levitate for awhile. all can suggest

when you are asleep your spirit leaves the body some time when you fell a hardness i do not know how to explain it you are going back in your body .or astral projection you leave the body .it is said in death it sometime takes the silver cord a year to disintegrate
