A red string bracelet that Kabbahah believers wear which was popular like 3 years ago among celebrities. But, I suggest unless you truly believe in Kabbalah-don't wear it you'll just like like a stupid trend follower. Go to a craft store if you're really dying for a piece of red yarn.

My mom has one, the same one Nicole Richie and Lauren Conrad have. I thought it was a waste of money. She and all the celebs I listed above got it at kitson, which is only in LA, luckly I live only 2 hrs away so I go a lot. Here is the bracelet:
