It is CGI. It's called motion-capture, in which the actors are digitally recorded then fed into a computer at which time their likenesses are enhanced with all sorts of special effects.

Well, after seeing the trailer it's definately computer generated. Looks like a video game.. something I, myself, wouldn't want to see.

It id both but becase so much of it is computer generated it is fezed as a CGI movie....
