Why would you need to talk to Paul McCartney about animals?
And how do you think anyone would know Paul McCartney's address?

Do a google search and find one of his fan clubs. That's the only way I know of and most likely he'll never see the letter anyway. But you may get a reply from one of the secretaries of the fan club.

you are clearly a nut but try finding out what record label he is signed to and write to that for his attention. Easier than trying to find out a home address. He probably doesnt check his own mail.

start with "dear sir mccartney......" include the lines "your wife is a b1tch", don't mention "yoko" and do not in any circumstances offer to make him a bacon sandwich. send it to "macca, liverpool or mull of kintyre". should get there i think.

I is doubtful he will ever read it himself. he has people to go through his mail and answer those things for him. also I doubt he has his address posted for the general public to find, especially since John Lennon was murdered
