You don't really feel anything in your stomach. In the very beginning of pregnancy the "baby" is just a lump of cells, smaller than a peanut. Its not really something that you would notice right away.

Some of the symptoms of pregnancy include: feeling nauseous or sick (not just in the morning, can be any time of day), sore breasts, fatigue, increased sense of smell or taste, food aversions or strange cravings, missed period, headaches.

you shouldn't be able to feel anything really. I got a little crampy around the time my period should have started and took midol thinking it was starting. I should have known better because I never get cramps. That was the only thing i "felt."
I never felt queasy or anything until about 8 or 9 weeks.
