I would do two pillows at a time, I'd wash them first. Make sure to check the laundering instructions. Wash them in warm water and use fabric softener. I use 3 tennis balls with 2 pillows (in the dryer, not the washer). They need to dry until there is no moisture left inside. Sometimes the dryer goes off while the pillows are still a little damp inside, so press the pillows with your hands to feel if they are completely dry.
Hope I've helped.

RE:
How can you make bed pillows fluffy again?
I have seen that several people have answered with tennis balls, but do you do 1 be pillow at a time or 2? Should I wash them first or just fluff?

I've always washed my bed pillows. I put 2 in at a time and dry them totally dry in the clothes dryer. They fluff up so nicely. I do' not put a tennis ball in with them because it could damage the clothes dryer. They will dry easily by themselves but it is a good idea to pause the dryer every 15 minutes or so and turn the pillows over to make sure they dry evenly. Sometimes I may have a few barely damp areas but they dry before I put them back on the bed. They smell so fresh after being laundered.

I would wash 2 at a time so the washer doesn't go off balance. I would wash then dry. Not just dry. And using bleach is a good idea.

if you fold your pillow in half and it doesn't unfold on its own it isn't worth anything any more. plus it is full of bugs and poop. So do yaself a favor and get a 10 dollar pillow at wal mart and you wont have the allergies your probably suffering from as well.

I never thought of myself as lazy until now. I just buy new ones. I think bed pillows should have an expiration date, lol. Or maybe I'm just picky.

Not to answer your question directly but to give you a suggestion about pillows. Most of the pillows on the market today has much more negative impact on your sleeping posture than what these companies ever want you to know. we have been told that you have to have a fluffy pillow to have a good sleep while most pillows have the absolute wrong thickness and fit for your neck and you don't realize how much strain has been building in your neck until you start having problems.
You don't need a pillow. Just fold up a regular sized bath towel under your neck and adjust to the exact space between you neck and the bed. Try it and you will see what I am talking about.

I wash them with my tennies, (cotton tennis shoes only) and then dry them with fabric softener sheet with the shoes. It's noisy but fluffs them

Put them in the dryer with a cloth that has a little fabric softener on it...easy fix.
