My best friends birthday is comming up and I don't know what to give her! My budget is $150 Canadian dollars. She loves fashion, make up, fun things, GIRLY STUFF. Even if it is not girly, if its unique, she'd still love it! Shes a teen so nothing too old or young. What would you want? Please help me thanks!

$150 is too much to spend on one friend for a birthday present. I used to spend $20 at the most, and now that we're all grown up, a few drinks at a pub.
Get her a make up kit, you know the little boxes with eye shadow and blush and lipstick in it?

Why don't you make a day of it... take her out for lunch and then shopping to buy her a new outfit to wear for her birthday party, clothes, accessories, lipgloss etc. Take some pictures as you go and then do a scrapbook or memory board that she can keep forever to remind her what a great day you had and what a wonderful friend you are!
My 2 besties did it for my 17th and it still was one of the best days of my life!

ok so in case you're spending $20 for each journey then right this is a few suggestions for the two events ?makeup/Nail varnish ?Hair Straighteners/Curlers etc. ?a splash teddy asserting applicable friends ?a photograph physique*then upload a photograph of you the two And right it is a few separate suggestions for christmas ?a splash christmas teddy ?A christmas poster ?or maybe you should get her a poster/mug/applicable etc. along with her fashionable actress/character etc. on it and you're able to get her a card too :D

Find the best picture of her and you and buy a nice frame. If you guys are truely good mates then she will apreciate that gift more than a 300 dollar necklace you know what I mean.

Well im a guy but my I bought my sister a and Idog and now she uses it all the time. As long as your friend has a mp3 or Ipod than I think it's a good present. Its about $25 USD

i would want a dooney and bourke purse or uggz yeah that would be good since it is almost winter get her some purfume and lotion and that kind of stuff
