ok im a 13 year old male a little overweight. my left nipple is perfectly fine but my right one feels very hard and it hurts if i hit it. does this mean i have a genuine breast?! please someone help me...

Dont worry about it. This is normal in all males specially when they are going through puberty, its nothing more than fat deposits behind your nipple which cause it to swell and hurt a bit. It will go away in a matter of a few weeks or couple months at max, it is just a part of puberty.

Men have genuine breasts, just like women. Don't hit your breast, and don't worry about it unless you get other symptoms. And men can get breast cancer, and it is nothing to be made fun of or to laugh at (for those of you who are about to make jokes about this.)
The next time you are in the doctor's office,, talk to him about this and anything else you may need to know at your age. Don't be shy. And again, if this continues, tell your mom to set up an appointment. Better to find out there is nothing wrong, as to wait too long and find that you do have a problem.
By the way, girls worry about these things also. Breasts aren't just playthings, they really have a function, and need to be healthy. Good luck

I'm sure you don't have cancer. You are probably in or getting ready to go through puberty, and all those hormones do weird things to your body-- all over.
Just monitor it and if you see any changes, get your mom/dad to take you to a doctor. Doing some more physical activity would probably help you get a little trimmr and not have "man boobs" like some overweight males do.
But no, I doubt highly that you have cancer.

you probably have an infection in the lymph nodes inside the tissue there.. You really should see a doctor to help, you might need creams or oral antibiotic.. but in the mean time, use a wet warm was cloth held against it in your private time to help with the pain, and take something lke tylenol to help also..
Men can and do get breast cancer, but I highly doubt you at your age has it.. we women since we do develop full breasts, we go through what you are experiencing very often, there are many tubes, tissues and ducts in our breasts and they are prone to infection easily at times.. sorry...

Um i heard of this condition before. It could be called that but its nothing major lol... I dont think its called nipple cancer though its just like an extra one...=)

Oh, oh, oh!! I know this one!!! ALL boys around your age have this. And all it is...is a little deposit of fat, it goes away in a months' time...if it hasn't happened to the other one yet, it will. And it is supposed to hurt. DON'T be worried about it...I know what I'm talking about!!!
