Even if it is for Science or a Archelogical find, he was still a person to. And I dont think he would have wanted to be dug up, hince the reason why he was buried in the first place in a tomb. Arent you beginning to think that scientist dont have anything else to do than to bother a 3,000 year old dead King?. Theirs much more science to explore of significance and importance than to bother somebodys grave.

I left the word "Scientist" out of the question by mistake. So let me re-phrase the question-Who thinks that its disrespectful and even rude, for Scientist, to dig up King Tut?.

The point of this question is not the fact that his soul is no longer their, but would he have wanted to be dug up. Think about it. If you were dead, would you want to be dug up and have people looking at you, or would you want to stay respectfully buried?.

Why would it matter to Tut?
He's dead, the people and the culture that buried him have long since died.

With science studying Tut, they're actually keeping his name and legacy alive versus Tut being dead an long gone in no one's memory or worse yet his grave robbed and all the gold melted down into the jewelry that you own.

i really desire all those meant curses for annoying the tombs of the departed Egyptians did paintings. i imagine it changed into disrespectful and incorrect to hew poor Mr. King Tut out of his 'very last resting position' to grow to be a carnival sideshow. perhaps the barker will a minimum of damage a leg on the way living house.

Yes, it is rude. It is not nice to unseal the tomb, move his gold, or invite people in to see his mummified body.

It is also a slap in the face to the religious rites of the time. The whole point of mummifying and sealing the kings was so they could have eternal life. We aren't helping them accomplish that.

Yeah it's really disrespectful to dig up King Tut because ,even though I don't believe in resurrecting it is still rude to destroy someone's ritual.

That's very disrespectful. Only to show that the name has a face to go with? That's why --- some spirits are restless! and some bad karma happens to people.
