Business equations are often defined as investment versus return. I dont mean to be negative, as I understand there is much to be gained, however [a strictly personal question]; do you gain as much or more than you invest in society or have you been duped? Do you feel you have a choice in the matter? I believe many soldiers in iraq have been duped for the gain of their society, especially the ones who return in boxes.

In a metaphorical sense this is related to the earlier question i posed of 'If ants could see would they stop work and wander off?'

This idea has been scientifically theorised as 'the big mistake hypothesis'.

I gain the knowledge that I have helped to save a life!! That's what I gain from society. I don't feel duped. I sometimes feel I give to much than something will happen to make me believe in what I'm really here for!! I do have choices and I choose to do this!! People have gone to war and fought for their society forever and I give them credit for their bravery it's a job and they are doing it for you and the Iraqi people you should be proud not bad mouthing the soldiers by saying they have been duped as well. There is a bigger picture here and I think some people speak about something they know nothing about!! By answering this question it maybe another example of the big hypothesis !!
