Okay, so this is actually more food for thought than a question...?

I just saw the commercial for NyQuil where the wife says to the husband "You'll sleep like you did before the rooster went blind" and then the rooster comes in and cockadoodledoos.... but if the rooster went blind, wouldn't it always be dark for the rooster?? If it were dark why would he cockadoodledoo??? Just a thought.

Yeah, I thought the same thing...
Unless, instead of roosters seeing everything dark when they're blind, they see everything all white and shiny...

Or the rooster just assumes what time of day it is.
