they both pretty much suck right now, but if i had to choose i would go with mad tv. snl is just too dumb for me. there jokes are so stupid and they arent' funny. although i am still a huge fan of weekend update.
the old snl was awesome. i love the days of chris farley, will farrel, and others like them.

I think both are pitiful shows that degrade the words Sketch Comedy. (Be it known that only new SNL falls under that category- old SNL was not only fantastic, it was what made sketch comedy famous.) Today, I think that Mad TV has the upper hand because of one man: Frank Caliendo.

SNL by far people like Chris Farley,John Belushi,Eddie Murphy,Mike Myers,and Adam Sandler are way better than anyone at mad tv and they have better skits.
