Yes you can get various strips or tiles on strips, but this will not offer a long time seal. Your shower tray and bath should be sealed with silicone (I put in 3 silicone seals) and the bath and shower tray needs to be solid (no movement) This has to be done when the bath and tray are installed.
Many jobs i undertake involve removing a leaking bath or shower tray and re-installing them with 3 good seals of silicone.. (plumber)
The seal strips should offer a few years of protection, but I like my installations to last tens of years.
You don't need wet rot.

They are called finger tiles. Ask for them and you'll get what you need.

most tile shops are able to supply these ..stick them down with silicone ....wont crack out
