Of course actors of the guilds will be kicked out as soon as they work during strikes, but what about actors that dont belong to guilds and need to work. Could this effect the membership decision they make of ?

Just because the writers are striking, doesn't mean SAG is. Those actors are still going to be looking for work. The problem comes when there are no scripts for them to perform.

You misunderstand what happens during a strike. No actors will lose their membership in SAG if they work unless SAG goes on strike as well in support of the writers. Non union people are not affected. It will have no bearing on decisions to joing a union.

A non-union actor, doing non-union work, in a non-union production doesn't have a thing to worry about. (other than where to find a job that will put food on the table, and a roof over his or her head)
