The original Cup will be. That never ever leaves. The Currently awarded one (they made a new one after the original got too fragile) the one the players get and contains the original barrel rings- will probably be there for an occasion like that. That one travels quite a bit. There is also a very recent third cup that is used just as a stand in at the hall when the primary- that is the awarded cup- is traveling somewhere.

So you will see two cups no matter what, one will be the one purchased by lord Stanley the other will probably be the primary.

have fun!

There is always a Stanley Cup there. The traveling Cup travels, and the Hall's Cup stays in the Hall. Both are official ones. There is also an older Cup that stays in the Hall.

That said, you may take pictures with it and touch it. It's quite fun.

The original one is always at the Hall of Fame. It is encased in glass in a vault.

Puckdat and Cyrenaica are correct, the real one never leaves the HHOF, the two replicas do the world travelling.

It's always there. They rarely let the real one leave there any more. There are two fakes that do most of the touring.
