I love chocolate also, but don't eat that much of it anymore. Just a small piece occasionally, or a bite off someone else's. I cut way back on my chocolate consumption by thinking of it in terms of how far I had to walk, or how long I had to stay on the stair stepper to work off the calories in that chocolate. Suddenly, it didn't seem all that good.

It's good that you like dark chocolate. It's better for you than milk chocolate. Don't keep the stuff in your house. Treat it as a special occasion only food. Seriously, how can your body handle that much sugar. I think if I ate chocolate constantly I would go into a coma.

Dark chocolate is good for your health.
However, remind yourself that you need nutrition in food.
Chocolate can't provide you all of them.
Maybe you can create some chocolate meal?
Like chocolate chicken chop, chocolate bread.

Well when I'm going on a chocolate binge I look at my butt in the mirror and just think I know where that chocolate is going.

The only problem I see here is you need more cookbooks that include chocolate.

If you sing, think about how bad it is for your voice. An alternative for chocolate (for me, at least) is Ginger.
