To answer this query, you must question the amount of consideration that went to the judgment.

Was the answer easily generated within seconds, or was it something deliberated? How many facts were considered, and was the outcome rational knowing the information given? Question of questions, no?

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative. We should be careful not to think of dishonesty as a homogeneous or singular kind to advance self. Is there any thing more sincere than hatred? But hatred does not make us all of the same faith nor does it validate it. Does love? No.

To judge anything one should have abundant input regarding that aspect. This is never instantaneous. However sincere one may be , his/her judgement is always superimposed by other conditioned factors, sociological or otherwise. This much is sincere.
