Why does everyone have to fit in a stereotype?
Why do the people have to be separated by race?
Was the word "race" made up to categorize people?
Why cant we just be one people?

Answer to the asshole- Because it should have never mattered... Too bad I need to be reminded of what race I am everyday, but I try my best not to let that bother me but simple fact is that race is always integrated in some type of situation or some type of decision so everything is always according to that which is always messed up so I just wanted to know who decided to separate people by the tone of their skin.

Participants in a particular culture or society who "invented" or "constructed " Them . Race is the concept of dividing people into groups on the basis of various sets of characteristics and beliefs about common ancestry .

Because it is often helpful - take law enforcement , makes I.D. of a criminal easy , etc.
The most widely used human racial categories are based on visible traits (especially skin color, facial features and hair texture), and self-identification.
Why cant we just be one people?
Because there are to many ancestors that people come from , no one is going to give up the past .
Why does race have to even be an issue?
Because the concept of race is wide spread and each new generation of people are raised with in that concept .

As a human race we feel the need to descibe everything, with descriptions come labels. Fact of life, they will never go away. And as long as there are people there will be hate.
