i just took the SAT last saturday. I did not manage to finish my essay but i'm sure the readers could relate what i wrote with the given topic.
does anyone know how the scoring would be? am i going to get a 0?

The graders will only give 0s if you didn't answer the question at all or if you just rambled on about something unrelated to the question.
I don't know much about the scoring for the SAT, but every written test I've taken (8 AP tests and two SAT IIs) by the people who give the SATs have had the same scoring policy.

You won't get zero, as the poster above said. Depending on what you mean by not managing to finish, it isn't even impossible that you'll get a perfect score. The readers know you only have 25 minutes.
