Does anyone know the minimum wage for servers in Pennsylvania? And how old do you have to be to serve alcohol?

Minumum wage in PA for tipped employees is $2.83 per hour. But if the tips plus the 2.83 don't total at least the regular minimum which for most employees is $7.15, the employer must make up the difference. See http://www.dli.state.pa.us/landi/lib/landi/laborlaw/pdf/llc-1.pdf

To serve alcohol, you have to be 21.

Last time I waited tables, the standard rate of pay is $2.13/hour + tips.
