Every single President has been born on what is now American soil. However, the first seven Presidents were born before we declared our independence in 1776. So they were all born in what was a British colony at the time.
William Henry Harrison, our 9th President, was born in 1773, making him the last President to be born in what was at the time British soil.

There have been NO presidents who were born in England. The constitution requires that presidents be native-born or be a citizen of the US in 1789, when the Constitution was adopted. All of the presidents were native born, though.
There are eight Presidents who were not born US citizens, but that's because they were born before the US became a country. They (and their place of birth) are:
* George Washington - Westmoreland County, Virginia
* John Adams - Quincy, Massachusetts
* Thomas Jefferson - Shadwell, Virginia
* James Madison - Port Conway, Virginia
* James Monroe - Westmoreland County, Virginia
* John Quincy Adams - Braintree (now Quincy), Massachusetts
* Andrew Jackson - Lancaster County, South Carolina
* William Henry Harrison - Charles City County, Virginia
The last of these to be elected was William Henry Harrison.

Eight presidents were born British citizens. You'll have to figure out who was the last elected yourself.
