Is there any legal justification for the sexist and ageist recruitment practices for eye-candy on 'Deal or No Deal'? There is no plot line which requires an actor of certain characteristics as this is a game show and not screen drama.

Theyre quite doing what ben elton and alexei sayle used to do of their comedy sketches. they're employing racist ,sexist and homophobic victimisation for the comedian factor and then pretending that they are truly making exciting of the "ignorant" ppl who those adjectives describe.
